Well, I looked for Kettle Lake by Steve Albini and Zeni Geva on YouTube, but I couldn't find it.
Viva la Revolucion/Joker in the Pack Why do I like this band so much? Every time I put on an Adicts album, I start thinking about how it transplants the thoughts of small potatoes street hoodlums into an hilarious Clockwork Orange musical format. Furthermore, if Bad Religion captures what it's like to be in the Southland (LA), the Adicts could be considered to do the same for the city of London. There is nothing like hearing about someone on the subway looking at one's Chinese food while singing "I want a Chinese takeaway" 20 or 30 times. One gets such a sense of the incredible command of the English language there, like Jay Leno likes to talk about on the Tonight Show. I think I saw this band listed with De La Soul and some others on a bill for a Prince's Trust Street Concert in London two years ago. If you think Bill Gates is doing good things with his money, providing billions in vaccines in Africa, then you will probably appreciate the work that the Prince's Trust is doing. The band likes to use material from Pachibel's Canon and The Sound of Music to highlight its message.
