What a nice place! I think I remember walking by here in the summer of 1996. I remember that the neighborhood was very very.....how shall I say this?...it was very 定. I remember it because it reminded me of a Japanese neighborhood I had been walking through in 1993...You know the word 定, even though you may not think you do...it is something like "Smooth Control"...like owning your own plinth, as the government of the City of Mexico does....like a young version of Seymour Skinner's mother....like Gang Green's cover of "Voices Carry"...like the concept of Secondary Modern from Elvis Costello...like a cafeteria for zombies is a secure investment...like what Martha Stewart has....
